MyMedicarePlans.org is an independent consumer site. We are not HealthSpring, and we are not Medicare. The plan list below comes from the CMS Medicare Advantage Landscape Source File for the 2027 plan year. Henderson is in Clark County, where plan availability is set, and HealthSpring is one of 10 carriers offering Medicare Advantage plans in the county next year.
Which HealthSpring Medicare Advantage plans are offered in Henderson for 2027?
In Clark County, which includes Henderson, HealthSpring is offering 2 Medicare Advantage plans for 2027. Both include prescription drug coverage. By plan type, one is an HMO and one is an HMO-POS.
CMS lists these plans under HealthSpring's parent organization, Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), but they are sold under the HealthSpring name. The table below lists every plan. In alphabetical order, they are:
- HealthSpring Preferred Savings (HMO) — HMO, with drug coverage
- HealthSpring Premier (HMO-POS) — HMO-POS, with drug coverage
We cannot share premiums, copays, deductibles, networks, drug lists or star ratings here. Those live on the Medicare Plan Finder at medicare.gov and in each plan's Evidence of Coverage.
Does HealthSpring offer any Special Needs Plans in Clark County for 2027?
No. For 2027, HealthSpring is not offering any Special Needs Plans in Clark County — no D-SNP (for people with both Medicare and Medicaid), no C-SNP (for people with certain chronic conditions), and no I-SNP (for people living in a nursing facility).
If a Special Needs Plan fits your situation, other carriers in the county may offer one. The Medicare Plan Finder lets you filter by SNP type.
What is new or not returning from HealthSpring in Henderson for 2027?
For 2027, HealthSpring is not launching any new plans in Clark County and is not withdrawing any of its current plans. Both plans listed above are returning.
That does not mean nothing is changing. Every Medicare Advantage plan sends an Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) each fall. The ANOC spells out what is different for next year — the premium, the deductible, the drug tiers, the provider network, the extras. If you are already in a HealthSpring plan, read the ANOC that arrived in September before you decide to stay or switch.
How do I check a HealthSpring plan against my doctors and prescriptions?
Use the Medicare Plan Finder at medicare.gov. It is the official tool and it is free. You can:
1. Enter your Henderson ZIP code to see every plan available in Clark County for 2027. 2. Add your prescriptions, with doses, so the tool can estimate drug costs under each plan's formulary. 3. Add your preferred pharmacy; a plan's cost can change depending on whether the pharmacy is in its preferred network. 4. Check each plan's provider directory — on medicare.gov or on the plan's own site — to see if your doctors and specialists are in network.
If you would rather talk to a person, call 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY 1-877-486-2048). It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also call HealthSpring directly using the number on the plan's page.
What are the key 2027 Medicare dates and figures to know?
The Annual Enrollment Period runs October 15 – December 7, 2026. Any change you make during that window takes effect January 1, 2027. If you do nothing, your current plan simply renews for 2027, with the changes described in its ANOC.
A few program-level figures CMS has already confirmed for 2027:
- The Part D out-of-pocket cap rises to $2,400 in 2027 (up from $2,100 in 2026).
- The Part D maximum deductible rises to $700 in 2027 (up from $615 in 2026).
- The Part D national base beneficiary premium is $41.33 for 2027. This is a formula input, not the premium any one plan charges.
The 2027 Part B standard premium and deductible, and the 2027 IRMAA income brackets, have not been announced yet. CMS usually publishes them in November. We will update our coverage when those numbers are released.
If you miss December 7 and are in a Medicare Advantage plan, you still have the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period from January 1 – March 31, 2027, when you can switch to another MA plan or return to Original Medicare once.
